Once approved, your contractors will receive a report, certificate and marketing material for use on their vehicles and stationary. They will also be included on the Safe4site Contract Community Database accessible to yourselves and all other participating property management companies through this website facility.

You as a participating property manager will be provided with a unique username and password to access and search the database secure in the knowledge that any contractors that you select are accredited and approved for health & safety competency.
